(1) On examination day, no student is allowed to enter the examination halls or classrooms before the General Assembly.
(2) There will be an Assessment test in (July), Half Yearly (October) and Final (February & March) Examination during the year in order to give ample opportunities to every student to improve and for parents to know the progress of their children. Nursery & K.G. Children will have 3 assessments during the year.
(3) Students of class I to IX and XI must pass in all major subject and obtain an average of 40% over the aggregate as per the board rules. (IX and X pass mark 33% and XI-XII pass mark 35%)
(4) 20 Marks from the assessment test, 80 marks from Half Yearly and 100 marks from the Final examination will be totaled to 200, thus rendering equal chance for every student to pass.
(5) No leave other than medical leave is sanctioned during examination period provided a medical certificate from such medical authority, as will satisfy the Principal, is submitted before the close of the examination, so that appropriate entries will be made in the college records. No medical certificate will be accepted after the examination is over.
(6) In any case a medical certificate is not a guarantee for granting promotion. If a student falls sick for a part or the whole examination he/she should have the required pass marks from the other examinations held during the year.
(7) Any other leave applied for and taken during the examination will be at the risk of the parents and will not be taken into consideration in determining promotion.
(8) Examination will not be anticipated for individual students. Examinations missed will not be conducted again on any account.
(9) Candidates will be disqualified if they are detected in giving or obtaining or attempting to give or obtain unfair assistance at the examination or if they have in their possession while in the examination half, any book, notes or paper except the question paper of the current exam. Unused answer sheets must be submitted to staff invigilators.
(10) Pass marks in each subject is 40%.
(11) Absence from a paper or failure in any subject excludes a student from being ranked in order of merit in the examinations.
(12) Promotion refused will not be re-considered. All cases of doubt regarding promotion are left entirely to the discretion of the Principal. Parents must not come for reconsideration for promotion. In no case shall a student be promoted on trial.
(13) Parents/Guardians must sign the report card when it is sent forth and return it within 3 days.
(14) The college does not undertake to retain answer scripts for more than one week after distributing the report cards.
(15) A student repeating for two successive years in the same class will be asked to withdraw and T.C. will be issued.
